18/08/2012 14:40GMT = We are still chasing up the data-centre with this issue. They have not resolved the hardware/configuration issues currently in place but have assured us a technician is currently working on our issue.
23:45GMT = The datacentre are working on the issue. There is nothing more we can do at our end at this point, until they make some progress. We will update this page as soon as there is any news. We apologise for all the inconvenience this is causing, and you will be able to contact us once this is all resolved to receive full compensation for the incident.
22:48GMT = The datacentre fitted a new motherboard, however it was different and the kernel would not boot the server - they are now sourcing a like-for-like replacement board.
20:41GMT = The datacenter are replacing the motherboard due to a faulty Ethernet port - we expect this to be finished shortly.
18:13GMT = We are still waiting for the datacenter to fix the network card on the server.
16:27GMT = Server is down due to some network routing issues, this is being investigated by the datacenter and will be back online as soon as possible.
